Do the trend really changing by increased number of rich prisoners in Tihar Jail?

The system of raising corruption is appeared to be fianally hooked up atleast by media uproaring and awareness of civil society and at this juncture introduction of Jan Lok Pal bill can be worked as a fuel to the fire particularly when corrupt rich persons are in jail. But adequate care should be taken not only implementation of the bill but also execution of the bill. No doubt, there would be very high objections from alaround corrupt people by hook and crook as by any manner, these established corrupt circle will never allow this bill to be fruitfull. Accountability, stringent punishment and honest execution may be answer to the successfull implementation and execution of this bill. Will the bill can full fill all these criteria or we will have another failure programme unlike CVC.
