Is a hard cap good or bad for the NBA?

I think it's bad. If there is a hard cap in the next CBA, all of the contending teams will get screwed big time. Heat, Lakers, Mavs, Bulls, etc. As bad as contraction is, I think it's better to just contract the small market teams like Scaramento, Charlotte, Minnesota, Milwaukee, and Cleveland. This way, the NBA won't lose as much money.
