Do you think Lok Pal Bill is useful to remove corruption?

It needs a change in mindset and a national sense of pride in every Indian. Accountability and transparency is what is lacking in Indian Government machinery [legacy of British rule]. Education is what is required and not just keep the bill or rules on paper. Best wishes for honest people [very few are left in India today. "could`t care less" attitude has to go, if India wish to progress.
