What are some quick excercises to do?

I am going with my friend to this tournament thing in 2 weeks. I want to get thinner thighs and a flatter stomach so I lok good in my bathing suit. Please give me some good ways to excercise so that I can get thinner thighs and a flatter stomach in 2 weekes! Thanks for the help:)
