Does anyone know the name of this movie ?!?

does anyone know the name of the movie where a boy is murdered by these teens and his body his hidden in the woods in a sewer, and he comes back as a ghost and the only person who can hear him is the girl murderer. and he has like 5 days for the cops to find his body so he can come back to life. i do not know any of the actors that play in the movie, and i really wanna know the name of it!
