How do you like Sibal's point about Lok Pal Bill not meeting common man's problems?

They have been confronted with simple basic question by an old man , People of this country are Masters & elected representatives have been sent there to serve the interests of their Masters , this is not acceptable statement to them , because they always thought that once elected then they are Rulers. Secondly they always ask well meaning / intelligent people to fight elections & join politics to clean the system from inside. I never had answer to this proposition but when Anna said the truth : the electorate is not wise / educated enough to elect the right persons , because in our country votes are given mainly on the basis of cast,religion, money or muscle power , that was a very truthful answer & now we know why politicians invite us to fight elections because they know we( well meaning ,honest,intelligent & honest people : there are plenty of such people) can not win elections . Kapil Sibal is intelligent enough to know that Lok pal bill will not help common man but he is not wise enough to solve the issue of day to day corruption.
