How are the leaders elected - govt in tamilnadu , india?

In Tamil Nadu . the political parties are the private properties of the leader of the party as you can see by analysing the hierarchy of the members of the party, In case a leader of a party does not have a son or daughter ,his wife or one of the concubines would be come the leader by succession. The political parties also nominate such people to contest elections .This can also be verified by examining the character and past action or the parties and the people .The people who are used to the life under Monarchy always readily accept this situation . like slaves of a dynasty. For them democracy is accepting the leader and his wives and sons as leaders whether they are worthy of the status or not .There are very few exceptions to this rule .and such exceptions are the Communist parties and they do not have much influence with the people who are used to live as slaves of certain dynasties receiving freebies out the taxes paid by themselves, thinking that they are getting them from the family funds of the political parties forgetting the fact that even in granting freebies the leaders and their families can make a lot of money through commission
