(girls please!!!)is it only looks you look for in a guy? or what exactly do you look for?!?!?

im a sophmore in hs, im 5'3 descent muscles. but last year i didn't talk to people too much, mostly kept to myself and never smiled that much. and girls never looked at me or anything but i know that when i'm comfortabel with someone, i im really funny. but when i;m not i usually don;t know what to say so not that many girls liked me last year. what do you girls look for in a guy? any suggestions i can do to have more girls like me next year? is it only looks you lok for in a guy?
