Where can i find a nice casual dress for a cheap price?

I wanted to wear a dress for my 6 month anniversary with my boyfriend and I've already checked charlotte russe, forever 21 and so on. I liked the styles at deb but i dont want to spend $50 on a dress i might wear twice. so any suggestions?
