Acne Problem!?!?!??!?!?! helpp!?

okay, so yes, i do admit to picking pimples and popping blackheads on my nose. my skin is very dry on my cheek area and oily on my nose area. it makes my nose lok terrible. but l picked so badly that a squeezed and a bunch of oil just squirted out of no where. i had to wipe it off my nose and i didnt pop any more that night haha. my doctor said to never put vaseline or aquaphor on my face because it would easily clog my pores, well that night i put vaseline on my face to moisturize the oil spot. the next few days passed and i looked at my face, theres a small bubble like thing that i think has oil in it. my mom thinks its a pimple and to not pop it, but tomorrow's my birthday and i cant look like this tomorrow :D. what should i do!?
