Is Wesker still alive at the end of Resident Evil Afterlife?

I was just rewatching the movie and I noticed something I hadnt noticed when I saw it in the movies. After Wesker's helicopter blows up, and they cut to the scene with Luther (Boris Kodjoe) emerging from the sewer tunnel, if you look really closely it looks as if there is a body falling from the sky and a parachute. Am I right or did I just imagine that? lol
