Twilight Princess Where else are Skulltulas?

So my little cousin has been playing my copy of Twilight Princess and he really likes it but hates the skulltulas, (spiders) in the game. I've played through most of the game myself and I know that they are in the Forest Temple, and Hyrule sewers, and in that cave where you fight all different enemies, but are they anywhere else? I have been playing those sections for him and I wanted to know if I need to stop him to play anymore sections or not. P.S. I also know that there is that GIANT one as a boss.
