What are some good clothing ideas for muscular guys in the colder months?

I am 5'10 and about 195 lbs. I am not a body builder by any means, but I am pretty muscular and the majority of my size is in my shoulders, upper back, and arms, while having a small waiste. In the summer I always lok great in a vintage tshirt and jeans, but colder months are much more of a challenge. If something fits me up top it usually looks very sloppy hanging off of me, or is just way too long. I have found one great off the rack dress shirt brand that fits well, but I am trying to spice it up a bit. I have considered having stuff tailored, but it hardly in the budget right now. can anyone recommend a great store that caters to this particularly, a brand of clothes, or even some new dress up ideas?
