Why is sewer/poop going into my tub and overflowing my toilet?

OK, so we had a lot of rain/storm last week and now for some reason when I use water in one part of the house another part gurgles or fills with water.. which is filled with crap... especially when I am doing my cloths in the washer my tub then fills will poop water and my toilet overflows then goes very small and gurgles... so is this something that was caused by the large storm and will go away... or do I need to get some daino or liquid plumber or something? or should I call the water department or what? Please let me know what I can do... I believe its from the sewer... if not could it be some kind of clogging problem??? Please let me know your thoughts
