Makeup and hair turtoils?

hey so first off im 14 i have strawberry blond dirty blond hair. im 5'8" i know tall:) and I have hazle green eyes.So please no one say im too young to wear makeup cause i have been wearing it for over a year now sorry not trying to sound mean.I would love it if you guys would post some makeup and hair turtoils that would make my eyes look more bright.I weant my hair to lok good with my makeup too.So thank you so much for reading:)
