Should I tell my parents that Adolf Hitler is haunting my bathroom?

I have my own bathroom and I swear Adolf Hitler has been haunting it. I had this dream about him crawling through the sewers and ever since I have been hearing someone speaking German in my bathroom whenever I lift the toilet. I found soggy mustache hairs in the sink and they were dark brown and all my family has red hair. I also heard this tinkling sound late one night and when I went in the bathroom there was a puddle in the floor where Hitler peed in the shape of a swastika it was so gross. Do I tell my parents about this or will they think I'm just crazy?
