What kind of snake is bluish green with yellow markings?

I live in Charlotte county Florida,Southwest Florida, and this is the second time I've seen this kind of snake. After much researching, I'm unable to find any snake that resembles it. It is bluish green with yellow markings, and dark stripes. It also appears to have a triangular shaped head. And strikes hard if bothered.
