Why can i see millions of little dots everywhere i look?

im 14 years old,on mopst services i look i can see millions of little tiny dots,i do have eye floaters.i can see the dots mostly in the dark or when its quite dark,if i dont think about them i cant see them,i play a physical sport and class heads a few times,tey s to get worse when i go to the optisions and lok into a birght light,any sggestion on what it could be?
