Help!!! How to not hurt my friend's feelings?

Okay- so a huge thing happend with this one girl and i felt Really bad for her so i invited her over to hang out. I wanted to go to her house, but she cant so shes coming toine. I dont like her, and neither to my friends. They ALWAYS hang out arounfd my neiborhood. The girl who is coming over is really shy, and shell cry if i meet them. I was gonna wait inside, but somthings wrong with our sewer so we cant stay inside the house. Thanks. What should i say? What should i tell them? What if they come to my house to ask me to hang out? Or what if the guy i like or them see me ridin around? Please help!!
